The Gallery in Southborough is by far the best hairdresser for miles around. I’ve tried others but been coming back here for many years. The staff are all so welcoming and I’m very well taken care of. Lorenzo treats me as an individual and knows how to cut my curly hair in a way that suits me personally and is easy to manage. I get lots of compliments about my hair and it always looks and feels great.

I've been getting my hair cut here for years. Very friendly, great customer service. They go out of their way to make you feel pampered.

Having moved from Essex to Sussex I have been searching for a good hairdresser who understands colour. I had a free initial consultation with Jess who really understood the issues I was having with grey transition. I have just come back from my first cut and colour and have been blown away with the amazing job Jess did. I cannot recommend her enough. I left with a smile on my face feeling really good about my hair.

Jade is lovely & so skilled at what she does. We always have a good chat & she makes me feel at ease. It’s so nice knowing that she has a plan for my hair beyond that one particular appointment & we have a real laugh every time as well. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Charlotte takes the time to listen and really understand what I am aiming for with my hair cut every time and uses her expertise to guide it in the right direction! Left the salon over the moon today, feel like Elise knew what I wanted more than I did, she’s done an unreal job at blending and refreshing my dodgy home colour while maintaining the condition. Really impressed by how attentive and welcoming all the staff were, and how high the standards were at the salon. Absolutely no doubt I’ll be back again next time I need anything done. I first came to the Gallery 15 years ago. When I moved out of the area I tried local hairdressers, but none compared to the experience and quality of hair care that I had received from The Gallery, so I drive 30-miles round trip to come here. I always walk away with a huge smile on my face and bounce in my hair! All the staff are friendly, very helpful and welcoming, it feels like you are being welcomed by a family. I have had my hair styled by 3 different stylists and each one has had a great understanding of how to treat my hair to achieve the best cut for it's thickness and way it sits. I always used to get anxious about having my hair cut, but not since coming to The Gallery, I trust that I will always get a high level of professional service and it is such a relaxing environment, an hour in the chair feels like a day at a spa. During the pandemic the staff have worked above and beyond to provide a safe space whilst not losing that personal touch that is special here. I am very proud to be a regular of this salon and that is not something I would normally say about a service provider.
