I first came to the Gallery 15 years ago. When I moved out of the area I tried local hairdressers, but none compared to the experience and quality of hair care that I had received from The Gallery, so I drive 30-miles round trip to come here. I always walk away with a huge smile on my face and bounce in my hair! All the staff are friendly, very helpful and welcoming, it feels like you are being welcomed by a family. I have had my hair styled by 3 different stylists and each one has had a great understanding of how to treat my hair to achieve the best cut for it's thickness and way it sits. I always used to get anxious about having my hair cut, but not since coming to The Gallery, I trust that I will always get a high level of professional service and it is such a relaxing environment, an hour in the chair feels like a day at a spa. During the pandemic the staff have worked above and beyond to provide a safe space whilst not losing that personal touch that is special here. I am very proud to be a regular of this salon and that is not something I would normally say about a service provider.

Charlotte was brilliant as ever! She always listens so carefully to gage the look I’m going for each time and offers her top quality advice to see how best to make that happen and create a style that will look best on me as an individual. Always a friendly face and a fabulous hair stylist.

Left the salon over the moon today, feel like Elise knew what I wanted more than I did, she’s done an unreal job at blending and refreshing my dodgy home colour while maintaining the condition. Really impressed by how attentive and welcoming all the staff were, and how high the standards were at the salon. Absolutely no doubt I’ll be back again next time I need anything done. Thanks to all of the team (special thanks to Elise) for such a great salon experience x

There is a friendly, relaxed atmosphere at The Gallery and, on arrival, I am always greeted by name by the lovely front of house staff. The stylists take time to ensure that you’re happy with what they are doing and you never feel that they are rushed. I’ve tried other salons over the years, but always return to The Gallery and have never been disappointed. Thank you, Jade, for my colour and cut yesterday…..I love my transformation!

Perfect as per usual. I have been loyal to Charlotte for nearly nine years, she is an exceptional artist who always boosts my confidence and makes me feel incredible. Charlotte is knowledgeable, really listens to what I am after and understands exactly the way my hair works and how to keep it in best condition. The team at the Gallery have made all the complex changes needed because of COVID-19 seem effortless. Having returned to the salon after an enforced break the atmosphere and welcome was still second to none. In fact even with all those changes to protect their clients it’s still felt the same warm and relaxed experience - that is not as easy to achieve as they make it seem!

Paige and Gracie are both very good stylists. The salon is both professional and friendly. The massage chair whilst having a hair wash is fantastic! Highly recommend
