We will never over charge you for your hair cut or colour.

Many (but not all) shorter and less intricate styles can be cut and maintained in less time, but because we aim to make every one person feel special and unique our default timings and prices can be adjusted so nobody is over charged.

On the same note longer and thicker hair may take longer time and need more products so may attract a further supplement.

For new customers to the salon, we always offer a complimentary 15 minute conversation with your first appointment for hair cutting and styling, and a complimentary 15 minute conversation and skin allergy test prior to any colour service booking. At that time, we can establish exactly what we will need in terms of time and provide you with a cost for your service and for future appointments

We will always give our best advice and recommendations to suit you, your hair, and your budget.

COLOURING

We require all clients to follow our skin allergy test procedure for hair colour. Clients who have not had a colour application in our salon in the preceding 3 months are requested to have a skin allergy test at the salon at least 48 hours before their appointment.

Our technical team will carry out in-depth consultations free of charge to discuss skin tone (warm or cool), colour changes and techniques and advise on all aspects of hair colouring – please book at reception.
